How to Care for Your Pearly Peach!

I recommend storing your jewelry in a dry, safe space when not in use. Our designs are delicate (and sometimes fabric!) and therefore, do your best to treat them with care! To keep your pieces looking their best, try to avoid contact with water, perfume, hairspray, and other chemicals.

What is your return policy? 

Because each piece is made just for you, I’m unable to accept returns. Please take a moment to review your order before checking out—and if you have any questions at all, I’m always happy to help beforehand! If something isn’t right when your order arrives, I’ll always do my best to fix it or offer shop credit. I want you to love your new piece!

How long does it take to make my order?

Each piece is made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before shipping. We will be sure to notify you if there are any delays!

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because items are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help!

Do you offer local pickup in Wilmington, NC? 
If you’re local, local pickup is available! Be sure to select "Local Delivery" at checkout and put your address in the notes field!

Do you offer charm bar experiences for events?
Yes! We offer scarf charm bars and custom jewelry experiences for parties, pop-ups, retreats, and private events. Our standard setup includes a 6-foot table with scarves and a curated selection of charms for guests to create their own piece.
